WSOP – Event 19: David Baker Leads Final 10
At the 2010 World Series of Poker, Day 2 of Event 19 ($10,000 2-7 no-limit lowball championship) has come to an end. Now the final 10 players are set to come back on Friday to play down to a bracelet.
The action in the second day began with 72 players and only 14 were going to receive cash prizes in the event. The unfortunate bubble boy was Par Hilderbrand.
The field contained several top pros but most of them fell short of cashing. Notable players who left the Rio empty handed included Barry Greenstein, Tom Dwan, Billy Baxter, Nick Schulman, Todd Brunson, Doyle Brunson, and Jeffrey Lisandro.
Day 2 ended with David Baker as the leader regarding the number of chips. He holds a total of 526,000. Erik Seidel, Daniel Negreanu, John Juanda and Andy Bloch are the well-known pros who managed to survive the day and stay in bracelet contention. Each of them finished play with a significant amount of chips.

The remaining players will return today and each is guaranteed a minimum pay day of $22,386. The winner of the tournament will walk away with the first place prize of $294,321 and a WSOP bracelet.
