2010 Melbourne Poker Championship Main Event: Brendon Rubie Leads Final Table
The final table of the 2010 Melbourne Poker Championship $1,100 Main Event has been established. Brendon Rubie will enter this stage of the tournament with the chip advantage. He holds a stack of 2,039,000. The rest of the players that reached this phase are: Jarred Graham 2nd (1,750,000), Michael Spilkin 3rd (1,678,000), Brian Boyle 4th (1,563,000), Mark Iskander 5th (1,423,000), Andrew Scarf 6th (1,235,000), Rob Salter 7th (684,000), Sam Vakili 8th (633,000) and Minh Nguyen 9th (570,000).
In Day 2 of the Main Event entered 206 players. The action was fast and furious with the likes of Tamara Volkoff, Billy “The Croc” Argyros, Jim Mastorakos, Tony Hachem, Grant Levy and defending champ Todor Kondevski all falling in the early stages.
