Tom "durrrr" Dwan Wins Big Money on the Virtual High Stakes Tables
Although March is almost over that did not stop Tom “durrrr” Dwan to increase his profits on the month. Recently at Full Tilt he registered another impressive performance.
Dwan engaged in battles with top online players and sadly for them he ended victorious. First Dwan battled with Justin “ZeeJustin” Bonomo. They played at $200/$400 No-Limit Hold’em and after 489 hands Dwan took from his opponent $94,265. Although Bonomo lost, he claimed the largest pot of the match, which was worth $67k.
After this Dwan took a break. Five hours later he returned an entered in a battle with Isaac “luvtheWNBA” Haxton at $200/$400 NLHE. Dwan after a three-hour 1,974 hand session managed to loose $13k.
Then Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies entered the scene. Dwan and Sahamies went directly to two $500/$1,000 PLO tables. After 208 hands the Finish player dropped $290k in favor of Dwan. After this the players moved their game to Dwan’s personal $500/$1,000 PLO table. Sahamies lost again. After 92 hands Dwan won $142k.
Clearly it was a very successful day for Dwan. He ended up $438,862. Overall this year at Full Tilt he won $2.4 million.
