Tyron Krost Wins 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event
Tyron Krost managed to win the 2010 Aussie Millions main event. In the final battle he defeated Frederik Jensen. For the fantastic performance Krost will take home $2 million dollars AUD. Jensen took the second place and a prize of $1.1 million AUD.
When he entered the final table Sorel Mizzi had the biggest chip stack and because of this many people thought that he will take the victory.
But unfortunately for Mizzi, he was unable to hit the types of hands that had given him such a big chip lead on Day 4. He finished in third place and took a prize of $715,000 AUD.
Annette Obrestad ended up finishing in 7th place for $175,000 AUD.
Other players that had notable results at the tournament were: Kosta Varoxis 4th ($540,000 AUD), Peter Jetten 5th ($350,000 AUD), Steve Friedlander 6th ($250,000 AUD) and Stephen Shelly 8th ($125,000 AUD).
